Dr. Luka was really informative about the exam. Providing me with good information for every question i had. Very friendly as well. The rest of the staff were also very nice and friendly. Clean place.

I recently visited Dr. Luka at Ellsemere Dental for a dental check-up, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Luka and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Luka took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and address any concerns I had. Their expertise and attention to detail during the procedure left me feeling confident in the quality of care I received. The office environment was clean. Additionally, the appointment process was efficient, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. I'm truly impressed by Dr. Luka's professionalism, skill, and genuine care for their patients. I very much appreciate the friendly & welcoming atmosphere at the clinic. Dr. Luka was awesome and answered all my questions patiently. And the co-ordination of dental services with Insurance was fantastic by front desk team as well. While the dental hygienist was highly skilled, I felt it would have been great if there could have been a detailed discussion on the dental cleaning approach that was taken, priority areas identified & addressed and industry best-practices ,if any, in this regard...

I've always had a phobia about dentists however this experience was actually pleasant. Dr. Luka was informative and understanding and the hygienist was wonderful. I never considered that I would describe having a tooth pulled as pleasant, but in this case it truly was. Thanks to everyone at Sheppard Village Dental for making my experience so comfortable.

He is the most patient dentist I have ever visited. Went through my teeth problem in detail but in layman's terms, explain the options I have, answer all stupid question I asked. His office reception, hygienist and all staff are helpful, friendly and professional

Very professional service and friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that the dentist (Dr. Obaidullah Madhosh) took the time to go over all the X-rays with me and what they meant. I’ve never had a dentist do this and it was definitely an amazing approach so that people know what they need to do to maintain optimal oral health. I would definitely recommend this clinic. The only negative was that there was a lot of wait time and no entertainment (such as tv). Other than that, this office has great, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

It was very well done and extremely detailed for just a first time check up. They always were able to explain and questions I had and clarified anything that I did not know. Extremely friendly from the beginning to the end and were able to talk and be polite.
