Excellent dentist. Before seeing him, I went to a very painful dentist who left me with horrible memories and a major fear of dental injections.Nonetheless, Dr. Copp and his 'wand' injection device have since made that fear go away.

We had a terrible experience with Dr. Copp. He was arrogant, rude and less than professional. Worse than that, he attempted to twist the facts of what happened and was not professional enough to take responsibility for his actions. While I appreciate that mistakes happen, but to not accept fault is a true sign of Dr. Copp's character.

Dr Copp is truly committed to helping patients, above anything else. We were sent to him by another paediatric dentist because our 6yr old daughter needed immediate care (which had to be performed under general anaesthesia). She was in a lot of pain. He saw us right away and immediately scheduled the lengthy procedure despite his busy schedule. He saved our daughter's teeth! Dr Copp is extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all a "true" doctor, who clearly practices medicine according to the Hippocratic oath. Great Doctor and compassionate human being!

I've been a patient of Dr. Copp's for many years since one of my closest friends referred me to his practice. I've always been impressed with the professionalism, care and concern shown by Dr. Copp and his team toward their patients, regardless of age. I have recommended Dr. Copp to many friends and associates as a result. Dr. Copp has always been patient, understanding and genuinely concerned about my satisfaction as a client -- and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. And he was able to easily perform a corrective service for me that I thought would be impossible when in fact, Dr. Copp was able to resolve my issue with relative ease and low cost. Excellent experience over a number of years. I required a lot of dental work as a result of a serious injury. Given my limited budget, Dr. Copp referred excellent outside specialists who were less expensive than those in the building. He spent a lot of time answering my questions personally and via e-mail, even on weekends. Surgery was pain free - fell asleep one minute, woke up the next with a new tooth. Hygienists generally gentle and efficient.

A while back I needed a crown put my lower jaw which was very expensive; however, at the time of putting it on, it didn't fit. The other specialist that made the crown happened to be there. It took 1-1/2 hr for them to get it right. The specialist had to make re-shaping adjustments 3Xs in order for the crown to fit. Also, it took them 6-months to call me w'followed supposed ready to pop in crown'. Something definitely went wrong with the office protocol and organization. I was told it would take 2-weeks; instead, it was 6-months. I had recommended Dr. Copp to many friends with $$$. I found out later, that one of my estranged friends managed to bribe his staff in giving her a prescription for 120 pain killers (oxycotton). Check your bill for exorbitant charges--unclear technical abbreviated references. I will say this, Dr. Copp is a very pleasant person. Pricy and pleasant.

I have been seeing Dr. Copp for some time, after horrific experiences with my childhood dentist. Although he specializes in sedation and general anesthesia, he also does work with just freezing (and nitrous if you want it). He recently extracted a problem wisdom tooth with absolutely no pain whatsoever...even after the freezing wore off! I didn't even need any pain meds! Now, you will need to be patient because he often runs late, but it is well worth the wait.

The prices are rediculous here!! $1485 for ONE root canal!? I went there in pain and when I was told how much it costs I was shocked,I left right away.
