The ad presented never stated that it requires x and y, but my claim is now being rejected on some weird technicality that should’ve been explained explicitly. I’ll be sharing this bad experience with everyone I meet and on social media because I was clearly misled. Now I’m being asked to go back and jump through extra hoops to get my gift card. Awful experience and the customer service rep didn’t even have the decency reply to my messages. I was given information on everything I needed to be done to my teeth to keep them in great shape. To make life even easier if you have insurance they do direct billing so I didn’t have to worry about doing it myself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
