Dr. Oranous Sobhi

Dr Oranous was very patient, considerate, and professional. We did the x-ray and teeth cleaning. She explained everything in detail, and always ask if I have any questions. It was the most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever had.

Very careful team working with great equipment that takes the time to show and explain everything to you.

The dentist was very gentle, spoke slowly and patiently so that I could understand as I am French and a newcomer. We found 2 carries, and the dentist offered me 2 options for treating them, she didn't force my hand, which was nice. I'm satisfied with the experience, and I'll be back to continue the treatment.

My hygienist was nice but Opencare is truly awful. The ad presented never stated that it requires x and y, but my claim is now being rejected on some weird technicality that should’ve been explained explicitly. I’ll be sharing this bad experience with everyone I meet and on social media because I was clearly misled. Now I’m being asked to go back and jump through extra hoops to get my gift card. Awful experience and the customer service rep didn’t even have the decency reply to my messages. Just atrocious.

This place is wonderful! It was my first time coming here today and everyone was so nice and informative. I was given information on everything I needed to be done to my teeth to keep them in great shape. To make life even easier if you have insurance they do direct billing so I didn’t have to worry about doing it myself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Only thing that sucks is the construction and parking.

Went in for a cleaning and exam. Everybody was friendly and great.

While going to the dentist makes me uncomfortable due to the noises, I was happy that I was able to wear my noise cancelling headphones during my cleaning! My hygienist was conforting and kind. She walked me through my appointment step by step, which made me feel more knowledgeable during the process. I will definitely be going back!

I have pretty bad dental anxiety after a horrible experience at another practice years ago. Dr Sobhi made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and best of all I did not feel judged at all! I could not recommend this place more!
