horrible person...take advantage of people's naiveness, and rude/insulting when got called on it

I had not the pleasure to meet Dr. Bourgeois. I booked my first appointment for the all of my family, but then the receptionist was so unhelpful and rude that eventually I cancelled my appointment. Really disappointing!!!

A friend referred me to Dr. Bourgeois 20 years ago, but as I moved I kept trying to find a dentist closer to my new home and recommended by my new neighbors. I keep coming back, regardless of the distance, because the other dentists comment positively on his work, my experiences are consistently positive and as comfortable as possible, he has reasonable expectations of me (who flosses twice a day?), and he never lectures. His staff are fantastic, both office and clinical.

Dr. Bourgeois is a fantastic dentist and the customer service provided by office staff is wonderful!

Dr. Bourgeois had the "joy" of removing all four of my wisdom teeth under local anesthesia. He was extremely personable, making me more at ease for the whole experience. Dr Bourgeois ensured the procedure was absolutely pain-free and used extreme caution when removing the teeth to reduce the trauma to the gums/jaw, making the recovery time quick with very little swelling or need for pain medication. I still can not get over how easy he made this dreaded experience. Way to go!

It had been a while since my last cleaning/check up so I was expecting my visit to be especially painful/shameful, but the entire staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Bourgeois!

Martin has been my dentist for many years now and is a professional I trust implicitly. He is honest, more than competent and very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about him.

After having had horrible experiences with a so-called pediatric dentist (you would think this means they are more gentle, but you would be wrong) we switched to Dr. Bourgeois on a friend's recommendation. Best decision ever! My daughter's first comment after her very first appointment with Dr. Bourgeois was (I'm quoting directly) "I can't wait to go back!". Dr. Bourgeois is a very gentle, patient, warm and accepting dentist. If you haven't been to a dentist in years, he's your man - there's no judgement here, only a happiness that you came to see him at all. Also, great referrals to like-minded oral surgeon and orthodontists, with whom he has very good relationships.

Dr. Martin Bourgeois gave us some pretty poor advice on our son's teeth which compounded his dental problems.

Has no respect for staff and their feelings as I was being treated a day when the doctor would not let one of his staff go to the hospital to get checked on not being able to speak. The doctor sent him to get toilet paper instead. To me, that is not very humane.

very competent and knowledgeable and won't do work unless you absolutely need it.

I absolutely love Dr. Bourgeois and his staff. I look forward to seeing him, as he is such a positive and caring person, and he referred me to an excellent periodontist as well. Always fun to go to his office!

I switched to him after being unhappy with my previous dentist. Dr. B is my father's dentist and recommended him to me. We started our first visit with him sitting and patiently listening to me talk about my negative experiences with my previous dentist so that things could be different now. A really nice guy and a good dentist.
