Dr. Wat listened to my concerns and explained her thoughts to me. She had a treatment plan ready for my following visit.(sometimes she does talk a fair bit longer than other dentists I have gone too, but I think she does that because she really enjoys what she's doing.) Her staff are also very helpful, the front desk staff member is very friendly and her one hygienist that I always see there Josey seems to know a lot. Her other staff also seem quite nice. At the following appointment I had they explained costs and procedures and showed me what should or could be done. Overall a great experience. The office is very small, so you can overhear people and if I had one thought it would be that there is nowhere very private to talk about any concerns you might have. The hours are also pretty good but it can be hard to get appointments sometimes because she seems quite popular so keep your appointment if you can!

Dr. Wat just replaced a crown that was put in by a previous dentist. The experience with the previous dentist was horrible and the crown was problematic. It irritated my gums. The experience with Dr. Lisa Wat was amazing. The new crown is so much better and I'm not experiencing any of the problems I had with the last one. As a clinician, Dr. Wat is very approachable. She keeps the atmosphere light and open and she takes great care with the details of her craft. After having a range of experiences with a few dentists, I've become careful about who I'll go to to for dental care. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Wat to anyone. I also took my daughter to her when she was 3 and ready for dental care. Dr. Wat was fabulous with her and put her right at ease.

The hygienists are very gentle. Dr. Lisa Wat is personable and easy to talk to and will listen to your requests, such as requiring more novocaine injected into the site of a drilling, for example. The receptionist is also very personable and she will call you several days prior to your appointment if you wish.

I hadn't been to a dentist in over ten years and having had braces in that time, my teeth were a MESS. Dr Watt and her team made me feel fine and fixed my teeth up amazingly! I had a wisdom tooth taken out and had NO swelling, a little sore, but unless I told you, there's no way you could tell. Not only that, they understood I had benefits and a limit (i make minimum wage!) and she priortized with what was causing me pain and got me withing ONE DOLLAR of my benefits maximum. I'm incredibly impressed with the dental hygenists, the doctor and even the receptionist. A great place to go!

Dr. Wat did some cosmetic work on my front teeth, and I was very displeased with the results. I have been back on multiple occasions in an attempt to have it corrected, but it still looks terrible. I will not be going back to Dr. Wat, and will need to find a dentist who can correct her work.

I was new to the area and looking for a new dentist. I found this office through neighbours who highly recommended Dr. Way and her staff. I found Dr. Wat very knowledgable and friendly. I am typically very nervous about having my teeth cleaned. I found the hygienist to be very kind, gentle and informative.I was a pleasure for once to have my teeth cleaned. I would highly recomend this office to others in the future.
