Dr. Lancelot A. Brown has been in private practice since 1992, with a particular interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry as well as dentistry for children. He graduated from McGill University and served in the military as a captain in the Canadian Forces Dental Services (1984-1992), where he was appointed the officer-in-charge of The Royal Military College Dental Clinic from 1990-1992. Dr. Brown has sponsored a scholarship through A.B.LE. for the past six years. He remains committed to community involvement by organizing food, toy and book drives in his office as well as annually participating in the Nissan 5K Run (previous causes have included Meals for Wheels and the Canadian Cancer Society) . Dr. Brown also sponsors a scholarship for the Jamaican Canadian Association and supports his alma mater (McGill University) by funding a dental operatory in their Undergraduate Teaching Clinic. Dr. Brown is the proud father of Arthur, Rebecca and Edgar.
We were extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Brown ten years ago, and we have been patients ever since. Over those ten years, we have had many procedures done aside from the scheduled cleanings; fillings, wisdom teeth extractions, root canals, crowns and bonding. His work is meticulous. He ensures that you don’t experience pain. The office is beautiful (and he plays great music!), it’s easy to access and his office staff and his hygienists are terrific. Dr. Brown is the consummate professional, yet he is very warm and caring. He is the best dentist we have ever had and we recommend him highly.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a health care practitioner. He did too much at once, I told him I was uncomfortable with 5 fillings in one sitting but he talked me into it. A few days later I was back in his office for a root canal on one of the teeth he worked on, as one of the teeth remained hollowed out when I left his office the previous visit. It was the start of years of problems. Aside from pain, loss of money, trauma from the experience, I had to have all of the teeth he worked on, extracted. Please, steer clear.

Wonderful office!! I got my porcelain crown done in the office in less then an hour and half. My old dentist told me I would have to wait 5-7 business days and wear a temporary crown before my porcelain crown would be back from the lab! I went to Dr. Brown's office and they have this amazing system that makes the crown right in the office. It was easy and painless. I would highly recommend Dr.Brown's office to anyone that wants great dentistry without wasting your time. I must also add that Dr. Brown and all of his staff are super nice and very caring for patients. I moved my whole family to Dr. Brown's office, SO I HIGHLY DISAGREE WITH THE BAD REVIEW ON RATEMDS. Maybe this person was talking about another Dr. Brown, surely not the Dr. Brown that me and my family now see.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist, He botched my dental implants and added an extra immplant I had not requested in a spot he could then not mount a tooth. I have had an implant cap protruding at the back of my mouth for three years! Best to be avoided, seems like he was only out to milk me for as much money as he could. I am not seeing another specialist to look at the mistakes he made and it wioll cost me a great deal to have this relpaced. I was ready to sue after my dental surgery with Dr Brown. Avoid at all costs
