Dr Chau is very experienced dentist. She can comfort my son's emotion. Also, she know Cantonese which is our family's first language. It is very helpful to communicate with our first language especially using professional terms.

Loved my experience with Dr. Chau. She was very gentle and very thorough in explaining issues with my teeth. I have already referred her to family members. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and radiant as soon as you walk in. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. They are on point with scheduling. Their technology is very advanced as well so every chart is digital and it is a great way to get a full picture of your oral health.

I liked my experience with Dr. Jessica, she answered on any my questions before and after each visit and gave a bunch of helpful advices and other information. I have had to cure several teeth and one of that is still quite sensitive and I feel pain from it sometimes, even after almost month of treatment, regardless that she said is usually lasts 1-2 weeks, as it should be normally, but it was tough one, so I am not surprised if it will take a little longer to restore. The work was done with assistant, so they treated 1 quite deep and 3 smaller teeth at once and very fast with all necessary anesthesia and support.

I found Dr. Chau to be extremely approachable, friendly, and hands-on in providing as much visual detail for me/patient to understand the results of X-Rays and the outcomes of their comprehensive dental examination. I was super impressed by the overall experience, which left me feeling confident and empowered to take action on my dental hygiene.
