I'm so happy I finally found a dentist I can trust! It's been 7 years since my last appointment, so I took my time combing through reviews. City Oasis Dental had the most positive reviews, and they were even able to accommodate me when I asked to book the cleaning and exam in two separate sessions. The atmosphere is very calming, and the comfortable chair and Netflix really help. The best part is how caring both Dr. Jennifer and Alyssa were. They addressed all of my concerns, and were extra gentle.

I went to see Dr. Jennifer Lai for a dental exam and cleaning. The dental exam was quite thorough, and educational - a nice change from some of the brief exams that I have had with other dentists. I have sensitive teeth and gums (to some extent) and it was comforting to know that they were responsive to any sensitivities that I expressed during the exam and cleaning. They also provided me with free whitening trays as part of my visit! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

I had a really lovely hygienist who cleaned my teeth. The practice was very luxurious and the receptionist made me feel comfortable.

Such welcoming staff, super knowledgeable, efficient & skilled. I really appreciated how much information Dr. Lai provided - walking me through the x-rays, what she saw & found. I left feeling like I had a significantly better understanding of my dental health! They were so lovely - I was so nervous, but soon felt confident that I had nothing to worry about!

The staff provided a brief tour of the facility and really listened for my concerns both before and after the treatment. Made secondary appointments for months down the road. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I will recommend to my friends and family!

The staff is professional and really care about delivering the best service possible. Ryan at the front desk and the other dentists make you feel comfortable. I will definitely go back there if needed.

All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very nice and new and they made you feel very comfortable, the massage chair and Netflix was an added perk to make the experience more comfortable.

My first visit to City Oasis went very well. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and feels comfortable. I appreciated Dr Lai being respectful of my issue with Vertigo - I know it's not as easy for her to do her job when I wasn't lying flat.

I had a great experience at the City Oasis Dental! The staff was very friendly and they seemed knowledgeable, the facilities are very well kept and clean, and the team took care of my insurance claims.

From my first interaction with City Oasis, I have been blown away by their professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality. My emails and inquires were responded to in a timely manner and with the upmost level of customer service. They were flexible in changing my appointment and met my needs without hassle. From the moment I walked in I was greated with a friendly smile as well as an invitation to refreshments and a massage chair ! Once my appointment began, I was moved to ANOTHER massage chair where all the procedures took place. I had my choosing of any show on Netflix, on a tv on the ceiling during my appointment which helped me feel at ease! They used state of the art technology and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it, in order to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Lai explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand, and I truly felt cared for. Recommendations were made in conjunction with my insurance plan in order to ensure I paid as little out of my pocket as necessary. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist however I can't wait until my next appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Lai and her incredible team to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been so used to my old dentist which I've had for 15 years, I was nervous to try a new place. The entire staff at City Oasis couldn't have been more pleasant or accommodating. Everything was pristine and well kept, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit (never thought I would say that about the dentist)!

She is really nice. Her and her staff made me feel really comfortable. She is very knowledgeable. Amazing equipment, you are super comfortable through out the entire process. The front desk staff is also very good at making you feel comfortable.

Very professional, amazing office, great staff! Loved the small details, massage chair, Netflix, spa like waiting area, drinks and snacks (especially for right after work) and play area for kids. Friendly front desk and assistants as well!

Had the same dentist for 20 years, this was an awesome first experience! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. She was highly helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of opportunities to ask questions.

The office was a very bright, pleasant place and the staff were even more friendly! They made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my entire appointment and we're very knowledgeable and good at what they do!

Dr. Lai has thoroughly explained what needs to be done for my teeth. She ensured me that not all services will be done immediately (as this will make me go broke!), and she ensured me that some service will need to be prioritized first. Thanks City Oasis for taking good care of me!

Staff was friendly. Dr. Lai was thorough and caring. All steps and procedures were explained well prior to execution. You can see Dr. Lai and staff are interested in long-term care because they are so thorough in helping you understand your current oral health and how to prevent problems in the future.

Most beautiful office and best staff! I felt very comfortable and didn't focus on my cleaning at all as I watched my favourite programs on Netflix. Looking forward to my next appointment and am no longer nervous!

I've never been so included in a dental exam. Not only is Dr. Jennifer lovely - she talked me through each step of the process and what she was seeing in my results. Everyone at the practice was extremely friendly and welcoming.

So glad I decided to give Dr. Lai and her team a visit. My initial appointment was nothing but thorough. They conducted x-rays, took lots of pictures, completed a filling, and cleaned my teeth in one very pleasant 2-hour appointment. The office is modern, very clean, and at a great location nearby to my house. Dr Lai was amazingly knowledgable and sweet. Her team members were also stellar and so lovely to talk to. The office is super high tech with lots of massage chairs and they offered the option to watch Netflix on a big screen TV as you get your teeth done. I was beyond impressed with the thought and care behind their service. Would definitely recommend!!

I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasurable trip to the Dentist. The entire process was comfortable and Dr. Lai and her assistant took the time to explain all aspects of my appointment so I knew what was going on- no surprises. The amount of knowledge Dr. Lai possesses when it comes to Dentistry is evident and I would trust her to perform any procedure when it comes to my oral health. Her recommendations were relevant to my needs and helpful. Also, who doesn't like watching Netflix on a massage chair while getting your teeth cleaned? 10/10! Dr. Lai was so kind and caring. I was comfortable the entire duration of my visit and treatment (as comfortable as one can be lying down in a dental office!) She's knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me any findings from the oral exam. I hadn't realized until now how much of a mystery my teeth have been to me, their owner!

It was a great experience and all of the staff there are extremely kind and friendly. I've never had a dentist before who explained everything they were doing so clearly, and I learned a lot about my teeth that I didn't know before.
