Dr Pan and all the staff were super friendly and professional, everything was clearly explain. The covid 19 protocols were followed and the dental office is super clean. I have a phobia and going to the dentist is my worst nightmare but I felt reassures and relaxed. They also accept direct billing to the insurer.. everything was perfect

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pan. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and explained the results of my x-rays and her evaluation in an easy to understand way. Doctor Pan and the whole team at CityView are great. I have really sensitive teeth and it's been a while since I've been to the dentist so i was very nervous. The hygienist was kind enough to apply numbing gel to my gums before the scaling and i don't know how i ever survived without it/why it was never offered to me from other dentists before! I also highly recommend them for their transparent pricing. They sent me the pricing before my session which allowed me to check with my insurance provider ahead of time. They're great!
