Garry Kotack, B.Sc., DDS, F(ANM) Doctor of Dental Surgery Practice focus: Wellness Based Dentistry Dr. Garry Kotack graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, in 1976. He earned a Fellowship of Applied Nutritional Medicine Education with Clayton University. Dr. Kotack is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and Canadian Dental Association. In 1985 he was awarded a fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Kotack was the former chief of dentistry at Whitby General Hospital and received a 30-year service award from Lakeridge Health Centre for his in-hospital dental surgeries. He has been active in several dental study clubs and continues to take intensive courses in all aspects of dentistry and Integrative and Natural Medicine. “I have a passion for excellence in dentistry and the overall general wellness of my patients,” says Dr. Kotack. He has been in private practice in Oshawa for over 30 years before joining the Integrative Health Group.
