The staff were amazing! They were gentle and informative. They also let me know what they were doing before proceeding, and did everything they could to make me comfortable (watching Netflix helped to distract me as well). They are personable, and show genuine interest in my medical history to help tailor my dental hygiene to my specific needs.

Generally good experience. Appointment time was changed due to their scheduling problems but the actual visit was good. Front desk, dental hygienist and Dr. Gruesc were all very friendly and professional; the clinic was bright and clean, you can also watch netfix during the procedure, which might be helpful for someone who feel anxious about dental visits.

I'm not particularly squeemish and I have a decent pain tolerance. That being said, this was the first time a dental office offered a mild numbing agent during the cleaning. What a world of difference it made! I literally woke up to a shiny white smile! I left my last dentist because they bordered on harrasment with the number of calls I got to book a follow up. Not the case here, just enough for a friendly reminder, without feeling like I gave a telemarketer my cellphone number!
