Dr. Alida Andersen

Dr. Andersen was very thorough and informative during the initial exam. She was able to point out many preventive measures I should take that other dentists previously did not mention before as it was not a concern yet. The dental hygienist was also thorough and went the extra mile with the cleaning.

Amazing treatment!

She was great and very thorough in her initial patient exam. She explained everything regarding all concerns with my teeth in detail. She gave me recommendations but told me that the final decision regarding treatments and timeline was up to me.

I had a wonderful experience wi⁶th this dentist. She went above and beyond. I'm so grateful for her. Her caring about my health issues gave me some ğ7 of my anxiety. When leaving she asked if I could update her on the end result.

Dr. Alida was so lovely. I haven't been to the dentist in 2+ years, and it was my first time having an apt in Canada, so she shared some flossing tips and tricks with me, and also explained the process of my next appointments etc.

Dr Andersen was amazing. It's been a few years since I've been to a dentist and she made me feel at ease. She explained things to me in a way no dentist has before. And we worked outa plan for my next few visits. All the hygienists were also very friendly and professional. Their COVID-19 procedures also made me feel comfortable with the whole experience.

Dr. Andersen totally client-centred, checks in frequently to make sure you're comfortable, and makes sure you know your full options for treatment with no pushiness. As a healthcare provider myself, these things are really important to me. It's also saying something that I can give a 5-star review, because unfortunately during my first visit, the internet was down (on the provider's end). It which was clearly difficult for the clinic to navigate as it affected all their operating systems, but despite that, they were so professional, apologetic, and made sure I got the care I need. I went back for two fillings which I'm always little anxious about, but Dr. Andersen is very skilled and gentle - and efficient. All COVID-19 protocols are also clearly followed and I felt very safe.

Dr. Alida was patient and explained each issue in great detail. At the same time she also provided solutions. Would definitely recommend her to others.

I was seen by Sara and Dr. Park. I really liked both of them - I found they had great bedside manner and were generally great to deal with, and there was no pressuring towards services that I don’t need.

I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time, and I was very nervous. Dr. Andersen was kind and patient, and explained everything to me clearly, and made suggestions for my future dental care. I also had a cleaning after my first appointment which was excellent - the hygienist was kinda, gentle, and often asked how I was doing. I will not hesitate to return to Dr. Andersen or recommend her to others looking for a dentist!
