The people I dealt with were lovely and did a good job, office and facilities are nice. However, while I know that all dentists are businesses, this is the first dentist I’ve been to that really FEELS like a business with their processes and tactics that I don’t trust them to put my interests before their profits. So I probly won’t be going back. What I would have loved is an itemized list of what services I’m being charged for and how much they are in writing BEFORE I give my insurance info (which they ask for in advance) and for X-Rays to be opt in, not opt out/mandatory. Bonus points if I get informed when they hear back about how much my out of pocket will be, instead of when I arrive. If I have to do pre-appointment work, would be great if I got value out of it too.
