Today was my first visit with Dr. Yoo and dental hygienist Amber at Balsam Dental. I was unfortunately running late to my appointment and the team was able to accommodate me with no issue. I had one of the best dental experiences at Balsam Dental. After my appointment, I was given a very generous dental "goody bag" with an electric toothbrush, a variety of flossing tools and toothpaste. The office is conveniently located on Queen Street East and can be accessed by streetcar. Lots of street parking available if you are driving. The office is in a beautiful old building and is very clean. Would highly recommend!

The dentist was quite lovely. She came in after the hygienist Amber finished a number of cleaning and treatments. The dentist was very thoughtful and spent time with me answering all my questions.
