I had Dr. Monika at Balsam Dental when I went for my appointment and she and the hygeniest were very thorough and I had a great overall experience.

I went for a clean and a regular check up. I am one person who is not comfortable with dentist at all. This was one of my most comfortable experiences with a dentist. I loved the service provided and would definitely recommend them.

Balsam Dental is an excellent dental care provider. They were very kind and gave me an excellent package when I was finished my appointment of a toothbrush, 5 types of floss and a tooth whitening kit. I highly recommend Balsam Dental.

I ended up seeing a different dentist, but everyone in the office was kind and professional. They took the time to explain everything, including telling me how much my next appointment would be before booking so I could ensure it worked with my finances.

She was nice and tried to explain to me details when I asked some questions.

The appointment started on time. The dentist was attentive and knowledgeable. He gave good advice on proper oral health and answered all my questions.

Staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions you have about you care or benefit coverage. They also submit your claims.

From the start of my experience with Balsam Dental, the team has been so amazing in trying to find a time and date that fit my schedule, and theirs. Their practice is close by, and from the second I walked in it was positive and upbeat. Dr. Samuel Shinde was thorough in his explanation as to why I may need further assistance in my dental hygiene and didn't pressure or lecture me in not being able to see a dentist in a long time.
