Location is very convenient, very welcoming and caring staff . Dr. Shima is going beyond in her job, taking time and explaining everything.

Amazing experience with Dr. Shima! She was professional, thorough, and brought such a fun, positive energy to the appointment. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, and the process for getting X-rays and a cleaning was smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to my hygienist, Samantha, for her excellent care and making the whole experience so comfortable. Very friendly staff, extremely thorough first visit, did not feel rushed or pressured, no unnecessary work pushed.

Overall experience was good. Did an exam with xrays. Positives: - Wait time was minimal. - Admin staff was very helpful with processing the bill and claiming cost through our insurance. - Dental assistant was nice and patient - Dentist was super thorough and patient. Provided treatment options for concerns. Negatives: - Office is slightly crowded. - Patient Room X-ray machine was dirty. - Partial payment out of pocket. We have an above average insurance coverage. Cost of service was over the insurance benefits customary charge amount - minimal amount was paid to cover difference (other offices would typically waive or cover this minimal amount - $2-$3 per service difference). I would revisit this office again to schedule and experience an oral teeth cleaning.

This was my first time visiting a dental office in this country. I was quite nervous at first. But as soon as I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The nice ladies at the front desk struck a nice conversation with me, it felt like I had known them for years. My overall experience was amazing, my teeth was cleaned properly and I was thoroughly adviced on what to do next. 10/10 experience and service for me.

The staff at Promenade Village Dental were friendly, informative and caring. They took the time to thoroughly explain all the scans, X-rays and procedures I needed to have done and worked with me to easily schedule and coordinate with my insurance. I am so happy to have booked with them and will certainly be back for all future appointments!

I saw Dr.Annie for my oral exam and Samantha for my cleaning. Both were extremely knowledgeable, caring, attentive and friendly. I received a thorough exam with the dentist. The front staff both Joanne and Miriam were great as well. Office has a convenient location with ample parking, office is clean and well maintained. Will recommend to friends and family.
