Tempe Dentistry

Dr. Jeremy Chan was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After completing residency in Tucson, AZ, at the El Rio Community Health Center, he returned to the Phoenix metropolitan area to practice dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Chan likes to spend time with family and friends, especially participating in activities like watching movies and rock climbing. Providing patients with a comfortable and positive experience is our highest priority. We are excited to use our skills to provide quality dental care for you. We look forward to partnering to care for you and your oral health!

We provide the highest quality of service and care and we not only focus on our patients' dental needs, but also their general health! We also take the time to closely look at our patients' mouth beyond just cavities so we can better help you to have a mouth that looks and feels better!

What are you and your team proud of at your practice?

We are proud of being a special dental office that takes the extra time to do our best for our patients and are always keeping up with new developments in the field that help us serve our patients better. We are also one of a very few offices in the Phoenix area that is able to do Vivos, a special form of treatment for sleep apnea.
