When I visited the clinic for the first time, I was warmly greeted by the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome. My initial appointment process was quick and efficient. I was called in right away, had my X-rays taken, and received a prompt yet thorough evaluation of my teeth. The team carefully assessed my current dental condition and clearly explained their findings. The dental cleaning was performed efficiently, and several issues were identified—consistent with evaluations I had received from a previous dental clinic, which reassured me of their accuracy and professionalism. The clinic itself was clean, organized, and well-maintained. I was also impressed by their use of 3D scan modeling of my teeth, which reflects their use of modern and advanced dental technology. I had a great experience with Joyce, the dental hygienist, who patiently answered all of my never-ending questions. She was a pleasure to speak with and made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. Meeting Dr. Hailey Heo for the first time was also a very positive experience. She was impressive, knowledgeable, and thorough in her approach. Her feedback regarding my dental concerns was enlightening and reassuring, and she gave me hope that my dental issues can be successfully treated. I appreciated that she provided several treatment options and allowed me to choose what I was most comfortable with—without any pressure. Overall, I had a wonderful first visit and am looking forward to another great experience during my second appointment. I also appreciate that the clinic has specialists on-site for consultations, including Invisalign and implant services.

I visited Clayton Heights Family Dental and had a very good experience. The cleaning was performed by Kawal and she was very friendly.. I felt pretty comfortable. Dr Rath took time to explain my various aspects, in detail. My next visit is booked already!

Great Hygenist and Doctor. Facility was pretty normal, I wish I could choose the TV show of my choice during the procedure but besides that everything else was fine.

The Dental Hygienist was great and very thorough. So was Dr. Rath. The place itself however was just appropriate. nothing more nothing less, not fancy. Choice of TV selection to watch during the procedure would have been convenient and could have made the procedure more comfortable but unfortunately this wasn't a offering, I had to watch Master chef during the whole procedure x( The front desk staff was a little pushy to get more done but it worked out. Ultimately a good place to get your annual dental procedures.
