Clayton Heights Family Dental

I was expecting to get the broken molar pulled. It had a large filling already,and broke in half. The doctor explained trying to save with a filling is better, and view other options after IF there are any complications. He explained with it being next to a tooth already crowned and with a root canal, that additional tooth could break. They were efficient, and gentle, and very informative. I am so happy my broken tooth, and no available appointments with closer to home dentists brought me here. I now have a new dentist, after previous a previous bad experience years ago that has led me weary to even go at all. I am extually already excited for me booked cleaning in a month!

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The hygienist was equally wonderful, explaining each step of the procedure clearly and making sure I was comfortable. The dentist was thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

My first visit to Clayton Heights Family Dental and I am very happy. Staff took the time to explain options and how to best use current insurance provider. Went forward with appointment and NO PAIN. Which is new for my visits to the dentist. Great Dental office, Will be back to continue treatment

I feel like the quality of my treatment was good. I just felt like I was overcharged for the scaling. I was charged for 3 units of scaling which should have been 45 minutes but i feel like it only took about 20. I wish the dentist would have taken more time to explain if the shadows in the bitewing were really serious cavities and needed to be filled quickly or if they were being preemptive, as I need to wait for insurance coverage and unsure if it is urgent or not. Also the toothbrush I received they said would be soft, but it is not a very soft toothbrush. I know this is petty, it’s just that the little things add up when choosing whether I want to stay at a dental office long term. Thank you

The receptionist went above and beyond to help me figure out my insurance claims and my next appointment, incredibly friendly and helpful staff
