The doctor conducted a detailed examination and took the time to explain things clearly, answering my questions with patience. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism. The assistant performed her duties adequately, but I did encounter some discomfort during the local X-ray. The bite piece used was quite painful in my mouth, and I believe this could have been minimized with more thoughtful guidance or preparation from the assistant.
