Dr. SJ Hong, DDS, MA

Dr. SJ Hong is an American Board Certified Prosthodontist, a Fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists, and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. He was graduated from the USC School of Dentistry with a DDS degree, and received the Outstanding Achievement Award from USC and the O.K.U. Award from the National Dental Honorary Society. He completed his residency in prosthodontics at the UCSF Graduate School of Dentistry. Later he became American Board Certified Prosthodontist. Dr. Hong teaches prosthodontics at the UCSF School of Dentistry as a Course Director. He received the Thomas Curtis Teaching award from UCSF in 2014 and 2016.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy implant-supported restorations, cosmetic veneers & crowns, and complete mouth reconstruction cases. I have an in-house dental lab and I do the custom dental work for patients who need special dental work.
