This was one of the most pleasurable dental experiences I've had in recent years!!

While the overall service was good and the staff was professional, I would strongly suggest improving communication with patients regarding X-rays. During my visit, a large number of X-rays were taken, including a panoramic and multiple individual images, which took a significant amount of time. What was missing was a clear explanation of why each one was necessary. As a patient, it’s important to understand the purpose of these procedures, especially when they involve repeated exposure. Providing a brief explanation beforehand and giving patients the opportunity to ask questions would greatly improve trust and comfort. Better transparency around treatment decisions would make the experience feel more personalized rather than protocol-driven.

This was my first time using National Dental Care and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The RDA, Neisha was amazing she was gentle, funny and very efficient with taking x-rays and assisting in the cleaning. Dr. Pham was very detailed in explaining my next steps and prioritizing their importance.

The experience was thorough and comfortable. They addressed issues and still got me our quickly. They were kind and attentive to my toddler so I didn't have to worry about him during my appointment

The staff was friendly start to finish. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and they were very thorough in taking images and X-rays. They also were upfront with the cost and provided a comprehensive treatment plan.
