She gave me an overview of the process that I was undergoing. Dr. Tanega was also very professional, and had a great disposition. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She explained everything, and, when performing the procedure, she made sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Tanega explained next steps, and I booked an appointment for another procedure. Seems like they were understaffed or inexperienced. Dr.Tanega sat down with me to explain to me every little detail being done to me as far as the cleaning. She was very precised and I didn’t feel rushed at all.
