Dr. John Milford Milne

As a young boy, I have good memories of my father’s dental practice. By today’s standards, it was a small office, located on the second floor above a gas station. I can remember looking at all the equipment and wondering what it was used for. When away at school, and even around Sarnia, I’ve met many people who were very happy to tell me that they were patients of his and spoke highly of him. He inspired my brother and me to go into dentistry, and even one of my university professors! After graduating from St. Clair High School as an Ontario scholar, I attended the University of Western Ontario, studying engineering. After two years, I was accepted into the Faculty of Dentistry, which was my ultimate goal. After now over 38 years of practicing dentistry, I have semi retired, enjoying some family time and travel. I have seen so many changes in my field over these years, and still believe in continuing education and new technology. I plan to keep my hands in for years to come!
