Everyone at Bayside was so friendly, kind, and communicative. They did a great job of communicating what they were doing and gave me a very honest review of my teeth and didn't charge or ask for anything unnecessary! I will happily be returning.

Because of OpenCare's referral program, I went for a dental check at Bayside Family Dentistry, given that I missed my dental check-up for the past 2-3 years due to work. The staff and dentist were friendly and professional. I was given a thorough dental assessment of my dental health. I was particularly impressed by the technology used to assess my dental health. I was given an imaging scan to assess the state and color of my teeth and gums, which is high-resolution and was used to reconstruct a 3D image of all my teeth, with color to indicate tooth staining and catch potential cavities that demanded potential fillings to prevent further decay. Additionally, I was given X-ray scans to assess the bone density and health of my teeth and catch bacteria/plaque growth in between my teeth and gums that demanded deep cleaning for my follow-up visits. I was taken care of by the staff and served by Dr. Kwon.

Dental office employees were ‘empowered’. Even the receptionist knew what treatments were in store for me and was able to reiterate procedures as explained to me by Hygenist and dentist.

I recently had a general cleaning and checkup with Dr. Helen Hong, and it was a fantastic experience. The entire process was smooth and completely painless. Dr. Hong was incredibly thorough in her examination and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was also very attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. If you’re looking for a skilled and caring dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Hong!
