My first time with this office. It is a big office and they greeted me with a smile. The biggest upside of this place is that they care about you, take their time and explain everything thoroughly and carefully including your other options and your benefits. After filling out the documents, they took some X-rays and then Dr. Lum started to examine my teeth. He talked about what my needs are, what are the options and how the process works. We created a long term plan to take care of my needs, one at a time, and then Dr. Lum started to clean my teeth. Overall, it took me about 2 hours but I do not have any complaints about anything. Will come back hopefully for a long time.

Dr.Lum explained everything and walked me through every step of the process and gave detailed explanations. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years and he understood my anxiety.

I have zero complaints about Brilliant Smiles. Private parking, nice modern office, super clean inside, and Dr. Lum has a fantastic bedside manner. Very friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease. Maryann at the reception desk is really sweet, she stayed on the phone with me as my headphones kept cutting out…4 times. Most would have hung up after the 2nd time. I particularly enjoy the large TV screen by your chair, the ocean scenery they stream is relaxing and I loved being able to see my X-rays that zoomed in.

Dr. Lum was very helpful and considerate. The office was very clean and modern. The overall experience was the best one out of all my previous experiences.
