She’s very thorough, kind and explains everything! The staff is also super nice and is super helpful when it comes to confirming insurance.

They did my xrays and cleaning. No pain at all, they’re really good at what they do. Nice office, Patty was helpful on the process to check what my insurance would cover. They also have a really nice view of SF and Golden Gate :) 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone at Dr. Potesta-Knoll's office was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. They were very professional and helped me make the right decisions about a care plan moving forward.

Such a friendly office. I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years, but they were so warm and welcoming (I was nervous lol). They were also very informative and supportive in helping me learn better hygiene practices. The office also has great views of the bay, which is a plus!

Extremely thorough dental cleaning, the staff was very helpful in explaining what I need to be doing better and Dr. Fiorella Potesta-Knoll gave great advice about getting an operation done that I need. So happy with my experience over all. Amazing views of the bridge in their office too!

After having experiences with other dentists in the area that felt like dealing with the stereotypical insurance salesman (scammers), it was absolutely refreshing to experience Dr. Fiorella. I felt she genuinely cared about my health and wellness as a human being and wasn't just trying to upsell me on services I didn't need. Super friendly and personable and able to accommodate last minute changes. Happy to have found a new regular dentist :)
