I had a great experience. Dr. Levi treated me well and made me feel comfortable the entire time.

The place was great, especially with the use of new AI technology to produce a 3D map of teeth and to simulate how teeth would look after Invisalign treatment.

Good experience at the dentist. Nice staff who explained things well. After the appointment, it was rather difficult to get in touch with the front office, with the phone number only giving you an AI on the other line, which was pretty useless in my experience, and which I wish they would change.

Staff was great. Only thing was they gave me costume glasses to protect my eyes that were extremely uncomfortable on the bridge of the nose.

It was a quick and easy appointment, and Dr. Shivanesh Naicker explained everything patiently.

The scans / imaging was well-done and provided an in-depth analysis of the current state of my dental health.

I got an x-ray that was paid out of pocket. Although they didn't accept my insurance, the woman at the front desk went out of her way to help me find an office that would. When discussing solutions, they made sure I fully understood what my next steps would be and that eased some of my concerns. Overall very helpful and welcoming.

Good appointment

The cleaning wasn’t as thorough as I would have liked. There was polishing and flossing but not much more than that. The emphasis was more on X-rays and potential treatments.

Just moved to SF and was looking to get established with a dental office. I was very impressed with Dr. Levi's office, staff, and team.

The appointment was timely. Staff worked together efficiently.

Seems like a great office - friendly staff, very efficient operation, and great technology. The treatments aren't in private rooms but in 'bays' - these are very private and you can't see or hear patients next to you. They do also tack on some additional fees as part of the onboarding docs. Will come back in the future.

Great experience from top to bottom. It was easy to get an appointment through OpenCare. The location was not difficult to find. The waiting room is quite cozy. The reception staff, Beverly, was very nice -- and she let me charge my devices and connected me to wifi. The x-rays took too long (almost 30 mins+ with multiple attempts). The tools were super cool (cool 3d modeling). The cleaning was excellent and everything else was good. There was a push for Invisialign, but it was a personal choice if I wanted to proceed. Generally in and out in 2-hours. Nothing abnormal, and quite easy and chill.
