Went there for a toothache, they explained me well the whole process.

Dr. Levi and the hygienists at the office are really friendly and courteous. It's a diverse team with professionalism and comfortable space.

I had a filing come out and then my tooth cracked which caused the tooth to hurt really bad. I went to this dentist for treatment because they were open on a holiday and highly recommended by open care. I told the dentist when I arrived that the tooth was cracked. They did xrays and an exam. The dentist said the filing just needed to be replaced, no root canal. The hygienist numbed me and it was very painful. I didn’t get numb so the dentist numbed me again. Then I insisted that they wait a few minutes so that the medicine could set in before beginning. They did the filing but the entire time the pain was very present and I could feel the tooth moving around like it was loose. After the procedure I told them it hurt really bad still and they didn’t even offer me an ibuprofen. The next day I woke up swollen and in pain. I called to ask for advice and a follow up appointment but they instead referred me to a specialist. The specialist did more xrays and essentially told me the tooth is cracked way far down and needed to be extracted. So two days later I had to pay out of pocket to get the tooth pulled out. I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance limit was maxed out by this doctor doing invisiline scans and all this unnecessary stuff including a filing on a tooth that needed to be pulled. The ethical thing to do would have been to refer me to a specialist first to confirm the tooth wasn’t damaged beyond repair especially because I told the dentist that I felt the tooth crack!

Dr Levi was great about explaining my options and the benefits of the dental recommendations she had. They have a lot of upgraded technology and the office is very clean and comfortable to sit in.

Hygienists didn’t really pay attention to patient’s comfort. I’ve never had X-rays taken that hurt this much. They are thorough and also take a full scan of your teeth to really highlight its condition. For better or for worse, they do upsell you on procedures.

Dr Levi was a great dentist. I enjoyed meeting her, she answered all of my questions, and she was informative and thoughtful in her evaluation. my experience with the X-rays was less pleasant but when I asked to stop the assistant obliged.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, staff very courteous, professionalism showed through out the whole office staff.

Dr. Mina is a really good and professional dentist, she was very kind and patient with me. She examined me thoroughly and explained in great detail my problem and the treatment I need. I highly recommend it.

Very kinda staff! I felt welcomed and cleaning was smooth. Pretty convenient location for those working downtown.

good service, clear communication

I've had subpar experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Levi always comes across as knowledgable, patient, and kind. She takes the time to explain the care I'm receiving and to go through my options, so I don't feel like I'm being railroaded into a choice. Plus, though my experience is limited, the practice seems fairly high-tech in its equipment.

Great location, very centrally located. Dr. Levi let me know about my options for replacing my current permanent retainer and answered all my questions. My only complaint is that they charge an additional $15 office visit fee on top of what is covered by insurance.

Mina Levi and her staff were extremely nice and professional. I was a little unsure of some costs etc. until after the appointment, so it would've been nice to hear about those earlier, but overall, a good experience. 4.4 stars!
