I initially came in for a routine cleaning. after the X-rays I was informed by the doctor that there was a need for a deep cleaning, extractions and braces. I've had a deep cleaning before about 2 years ago and I already assumed one was due but due to financial constraints I was just limited to a regular routine cleaning. Also its end of the year so I didn't want to loose my benefits either. I explained this to the dentist and he refused to do the regular cleaning. His reason was that my insurance wouldn't cover a regular cleaning. Because a deep cleaning was needed. I asked him "So am I to go another year without any cleaning because I can't afford the deep cleaning?" All tis was very strange to me being that I've had a regular cleaning done before when a deep cleaning was recommended. So my benefits was only used for X-ray and a filling which he said he could complete. after the filling was done. I was in my car and I noticed something blue on my teeth which I think was left from the procedure. And it was difficult to floss in area of where the filling was. When I tried to get the floss in between, a piece of the filling chipped off. this was a very disappointing experience.

No hygienists so long time from start to finish as the dentist does all the cleanings. Immediately pushed to do several thousands of dollars in corrective work and start financing.

Was much more thorough than my previous dentist, and my family noticed my brighter smile immediately when I came home.

They were great and took care of everything I needed in a timely manner. The dental office is clean and modern. They even made the crown in house same day!
