Highly recommend i was explained everything very clear I’ll show an update when i have my second visit thank you

I initiated an appointment request for a dental cleaning for my son. I didn't hear back from the clinic to confirm so I contacted them, they called me back. Polite and willing to help me schedule. I also advised I needed an appointment. I was clear my son needed a cleaning and I was going in for an extraction. At time of appointment we did have a wait, about an hour. After xrays and exam by dentist, my sons appointment was completed. I asked about the cleaning and was told their hygienist was not available. I now have to book a second appointment for that. Never had to do this and also I had to take the day off. My exam, after xrays they didnt notice the massive infection in my mouth nor addressed extraction. At end of exam I had to bring it up. I was referred to an oral surgeon. More time. My antibiotic wasn't called in after appointment, had to call to ensure because I was afraid to wait longer. They did call it in after my follow up call. They should really book patients according to out request. I checked the boxes and even made my request for the cleaning in an email. Wish they'd told me no hygienist was available to plan accordingly

It wasn’t bad the service was okay. I also was waiting as long as I thought I would be . Def recommend to anybody looking for a fast way to make appt. Use if your Ina rush and don’t have time
