Great staff members and professional dental check up

Overall it was quite a good exp. My appt was late for about 10-15 mins which was what you would expect anyways. Everything else is great, the staff are friendly and chatty, and most importantly professional.

The clinic is very clean and modern. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

All good with the exception that the doctor you book on your Opencare reservation will be different than actual visit. Another dental hygienist will be assigned.

Had a great appointment for cleaning and check up. They had new technology I haven’t seen before at my old dentistry like 3D xrays which I believe should make their job easier. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Staff and atmosphere were great and a positively memorable moment of my visit was my consultation with the dentist. Typically when a patience needed night guards for teeth grinding, most dental team members automatic first query is 'do you know what is stressing you?', I hear that a lot. I appreciate Dr Huang, as he is the first to shared that's not always the case, he elaborated & then proceed to share possible mitigation options for me to consider.

Had a dental cleaning done. Wait time was more than I was used to at other offices but staff were friendly and cleaning was great. My hygienist was attentive and caring during the appointment and explained everything during the procedure.
