Dr Anna Fong is a top rate dentist. Both the staff and her treated me well.

We tried many ways to persuade my daughter to visit dentist, however she refused. This time when she gets into the office, she cries as usual, and staff are kind and nice to her. When we get in, she is really compelled by us (parents). At first Dr Anna tries to use a fun way to count her teeth for "warm up", but my girl doesn't want it. After nurse gave her a princess toothbrush, the atmosphere changed. She is interested to show how to brush, but still don't want people to touch/reach her mouth. Then after showing how to brush and Dr Anna take this opportunity to count her teeth and said"I think we just stop here", I felt so helpless at that time.I tried to ask my girl to try the special roller coaster seat without checking, she is still unhappy, so the Dr let her seat on my lap. Then Frozen movie is on, and my girl is interested, well and also Dr has a very nice name Anna, feel like Frozen princess is here to help! Also the nurse applies some "gloss", it should be Vaseline for my girl's lips, it makes her feel special. After all MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Thank you Dr Anna and you team! Well Done!!!

Dr. Fong is a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable dentist. After seeing her for the first time I found out that my previous dentist hadn't been giving me helpful information on how to properly care for my teeth. The staff are always cheerful and very accommodating. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Anna Fong is an excellent dentist. She is very gentle and caring. I had one of my cracked molars removed by her, she made sure I was comfortable at all times during the procedure. Dr. Fong was very supportive and thorough when explaining the process. She is very professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would highly recommend her professionalism . She is the best dentist I have ever had.

Dr. Fong is a extremely caring, patient and gentle dentist. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but since going to Dr. Fong its been a lot better. I had one of my wisdom teeth removed by her, she was gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The staff in her office are also kind people. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is scared of dentists or even people just needing a new dentist. She is a great dentist with a lot of knowledge. Making emergency appointments with her is really easy too!

This was a lovely office and I felt welcome from the beginning. It was convenient to make an appointment and the customer service was excellent all around. The doctor was extremely gentle and caring. Everything went well and I will definitely be back and will be sure to bring my husband and recommend this office to other family and friends.

Dr Anna is very caring and professional. She makes me very comfortable and relaxed. She fixes and approaches issues with the least invasive method to avoid unnecessary pain. My recent visit was with a cracked tooth and she restored it so beautifully. I'm a demanding patient and it is hard to make me happy but she always goes above and beyond. Great office overall. The staff are very pleasant and personable. Punctuality is great and if they are running late, I waited no longer that 10 min. They take really good notes and would follow up with them on the following visit. Where I live there's plenty of other dentist but I continue to go to Dr. Fongs office because I am very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend her practice.

I have been searching for a caring, responsible, friendly and knowledgeable dentist for a long time for my son. Finally I found Dr. Fong. She's very caring and knowledgeable and my son would have no fear to go to her. All the staff at Richmond Green Dental are friendly and nice. My whole family have switched to Dr. Fong for years now.

I was extremely nervous visiting the dentist after a long hiatus, however the staff at Richmond Green Dental made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed before, during and after my scheduled appointment. Dr. Nathalie was very friendly and knowledgable. Jennifer was very thorough with her explanations and geniunely cared about my oral health, which made me feel very cared for. Sara was extremely professional, helpful and made me feel very at ease throughout my appointment booking process. The warm atmosphere is very contagious.

I've never rated a dentist before but my experience at Richmond Green was so good I wanted to do something for them in appreciation. The office is warm the staff incredibly nice and obliging and Dr Nathalie is the best dentist I've ever seen. And I've seen a few in my day. It was Google reviews that convinced me to try them and I'm so glad I did. Thanks to all the staff!

The Richmond Green team has been very helpful to my family. We started searching for a friendly dentist since my daughter was 1.5 years old. My daughter is always skeptical in new environment let alone having someone examine her teeth. She tried other dentist but failed to let anyone work with her. In this clinic, doctors and hygienists all took their time with her. After 3 visits she was comfortable enough to complete a full clean up. My whole family has since transfer here for our maintenance too and results are great!

I would not recommend her. Fillings were too big, and she accidentally scratch one of my good tooth with the drill. I would never go to any dentist that wear glasses. ever! Reason learn.

I went here on a recommendation of a friend and it was well worth. She's a little pricier than my last dentist, but the plaque scraping was almost painless-- which was new for me. The staff was super friendly, always addressing you by name and they remember you, which is nice. She also sent out a thank you card and sent my friend that had referred me a $10 Tim's card and a thank you card as well. The equipment is beautiful and the place is super clean. Dr. Fong made sure that she checked in on the hygienist and double checked the work at the end. No problems whatsoever.

Dr. Anna and her staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My son has been a patient for 3 years and every trip has been a positive and memorable one. They took the time in minding the smallest detail to ensure a great experience whether it is your first or subsequent appointment. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

It was our son's first checkup and it was so ad-hoc coz the dr came out to greet us and started showing my son's a book of Dora brushing teeth, in the hallway!! I felt it was a bad start. Then after 10 min or so we finally go into the treatment area which only the hygenist was here and the dr went off to another patient, who apparently had the same timeslot scheduled! We did not see the dr again and only the hygenist. My son felt uncomfortable and did not open his mouth until the end, which the hygenist gave a unprofessional answer that my son has no cavities. OMG.... the dr did not come ever again to us, and we were charged $95 for the visit. I just feel that the dr could have spend more time with us but it felt so ad-hoc and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dr to anyone with young kids.

I took my 2-year-old daughter to Richmond Green Dental last week for the first check up and to get her familiar to the environment and equipment. Everyone from the dental office gave her a very warm welcome. Ever since then she let me brush her teeth willingly as she knows she won't get stickers if she doesn't have clean teeth in the next check up! I am so glad that she thinks a dental office is another play place for her. Thanks everyone from Richmond Green Dental to make her first visit full of fun!

Dr.Fong is a wonderful dentist. She is calming, accommadating and efficient. She and her staff are really friendly and my daughter actually likes to go for a visit. She makes dental visits a fun experience for children and she has a way of encouraging my daughter to brush her teeth 2 twice a day that actaully works.
