My experience was good. The only suggestion would be the staffs can pay more attention to the check-in/sign-up forms; otherwise, why do I need to fill it out.

The receptionist was friendly and helpfully. He took care all the insurance submission and quotation for me. The hygienist was friendly, no uncomfortable feeling during teeth cleaning. Took time to explain about my teeth condition to me.

My experience was great! The clinic was nice and the staff were friendly. The appointment was painless.

This was my first visit to Doncrest Dental, however, I was greeted by a very warm and kind staff. I am usually anxious when going to the dentist, however, I felt comfortable with mentioning any concerns I had. Additionally, the dental hygienist and the dentist were very courteous and addressed any and all concerns that I had. I also enjoyed the overhead TV! I will definitely be returning :)

I suddenly got teethach on one of my Molar in a bite since last week. Dr. Ken Wong is very skilled, nice and funny dentist who fixed my teethach with filling treatment. I was so impressed Dr. Wong helped to cover whole surface of my teethach Molar with white color filling material which totally fixed teethach problem, strengthen the crown and won't having impact to my smiling or laughing. Dr. Wong also listed out all the possible teeth problems there and give me some good suggestions for my long-term teeth protection. I had a really good experience on my dental fixing with Dr. Ken Wong.

Doncrest Dental was a great experience. As a young person who is terrified of the dentist, everyone was kind and patient with me. The teeth cleaning was gentle and comfortable. I would recommend Doncrest Dental to my friends and family and I'm happy that they will be my primary dental office.
