He offered me a bunch of options in order to feel more calm at the dentist. He was very honest and not rude and wasn’t price gouging me for money. My X-rays were done and Dr. Rich performed my exam and then asked if I would like to continue to wait or to reschedule my cleaning, with total respect for my time.
