The appointment went smoothly and the cleanup was good. I also received thorough explanation regarding dental upkeep and recommended actions.

The exam went great. I have scheduled teeth cleaning for May 5 at 11am.

I scheduled a first visit expecting a routine exam and cleaning, but the appointment turned into a much more extensive treatment without clear upfront communication about the nature of the procedures or the associated costs. A deep cleaning and additional services were performed during the same visit, and I was asked to pay a significant amount immediately based on insurance estimates that had not yet been finalized. While the staff was polite, I felt there was insufficient transparency regarding what was considered preventive versus non-preventive care, what would be covered by insurance, and what my out-of-pocket responsibility would be before proceeding. Patients should be given clear explanations and the opportunity to make informed decisions prior to undergoing treatment beyond a standard cleaning. Overall, clearer communication about treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial responsibility would have greatly improved the experience.

Overall it was nice experience. I was expecting it may take more than an hour based on my previous experience with other dentist but around 45 minutes it took end to end.

Got dental cleaning done here. Staff was respectful and kind. But the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about dentistry, and didn't communicate well. They could be more thorough and professional in their work.

Dr. Yadav was good but spent most of the time with the hygienist who was okay. Flossing technique was ineffective. Kept talking while I had instruments in my mouth.

Overall good experience , but i felt like tge equipment is old

I was pleasantly surprised by how considerate and friendly the staff were. My teeth are quite sensitive so I usually feel scared and uncomfortable at the dentist. This experience however was one of the better ones because staff was very accommodating and explained thoroughly about what needs to be done, how much it would cost with my insurance, and next steps. All in all I would strongly recommend.

Went in for the first time. Evaluation and recommend treatment was good.

It was good enough - I wanted to try a new dentist and they were right down the street from work. Underwhelming office appearance, everything seemed outdated. Hard to understand the dental hygienist, language barrier. Doctor was nice enough.

The appointment has been great. As with any modern dental offices, you dont get to meet the doctor until the final checkup but Dr Varun has been thorough with his observations and clearly communicated the treatment plan. I have scheduled them immediately as I was satisfied with the recommendations and the pricing post the insurance coverage
