Good experience, dentist called in sick first time I went and no one called and told me so I went in without notice of this, had to come back on the Monday for a rescheduled appointment when my original one was Friday.

Quite good experience with the clinic and Dr. Chitresh. The doctor is patient and pays good attention to details. Also, he explains treatment plans clearly.

After my first visit here, I felt extremely comfortable, I’m not a fan of the dentist at all but this visit changed my feelings. I didn’t feel judged, rushed or pressured about anything. Everyone was so kind & patient & very good at explaining everything in a way that I can understand. The atmosphere was very calm, welcoming & simple. I’m very happy to have found a new dental office close to home

There was about a 15 minute delay between the initial exam and the cleaning, but wasn't the worst thing in the world. Despite having insurance, I still had to pay for the initial exam. Surprised that i wasn't notified that it wasn't pre-approved so that was a bit of a disappointment; had they told me it wasn't going to be covered, i would have waited. Beyond these issues, it was overall a good experience.

After not going to the dentist for a long time (fear but also not having benefits) I stayed away from the dentist and neglected my teeth for a long time. She was so nice and understanding and beyond gentle with me. I will forever trust her with my cleanings!

My experience with Dr. Srivastava and Mary was excellent. They were both patient, detail-oriented, and took a personalized approach to my treatment. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment. Mary was particularly kind and patient while taking my x-rays, ensuring my comfort and that I experienced no pain.
