The staff went above and beyond to get to know me. My baby was crying and they all came to help and make sure we were both comfortable. One lady came and pushed him back and forth in his stroller and another offered to hold him. It was really such a nice experience. They all greeted me with a smile and had just the best customer service.

Dr. Koppikar and team are wonderful! This is my first dentist in the valley since moving back after living in Casa Grande and not having the best experience with my dentist there. It really meant a lot to me to find an office that I felt like I could be at for long-term dental care, and I found them. The team at Phoenix Smile has helped me identify all of the things that are going right in my mouth and things that could use a little bit more attention, and also helped me to develop a care plan that I understand and feel comfortable with executing in the future.

I had a great first visit at Phoenix Smile. I came in for X-rays, a cleaning, and a treatment plan. The staff was fantastic, very communicative, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciated how clear and helpful everyone was.!

Así, medical field, professional, I always say, the first impression is when we arrive. Everybody was very nice and made you feel very comfortable. By the time you got to see the Doctor. I felt good. I’m comfortable not scared to ask any questions or anything. Doctor is amazing. And he explain what I needed to have done with details.

Friendly and informative staff

First visit to the dentist in over 3 years. Never had a cavity before at 61 years old. Had my first 3 cavities. Very comfortable with the dentist, staff, and procedure used to take care of my cavities.

I will be telling everyone about Phoenix Smile. They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They all worked so well together and communicated to each other better than I've experienced. I'm excited for my future dental plan!
