Dr. Brent Herring

Dr. Herring was born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2012, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree after double majoring in Biology and Addiction Studies. Dr. Herring then went on to dental school at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2016. After 4 years of working under mentors in Nashville and Little Rock, Dr Herring started his own business which led him to Arizona where he met his beautiful wife Kirsta in June of 2021. Kirsta is an Alaskan native who attended New Mexico State University and competed on their D1 swim team. After graduation, Kirsta went on to dental hygiene school at Phoenix College of Hygiene. Once she completed hygiene school, she loved Phoenix so much, she decided to stay! After their wedding, Brent and Kirsta decided that practice ownership would be a fun adventure and the next step in their lives together. “Through an amazing network of faith, friends, and family; we were able to pool resources and make the dream happen.” Together they have purchased Herring Family Dental and look forward to serving Arcadia’s dental needs as a real “mom and pop” practice. “Dentistry looks much different today, profits get prioritized and large companies outcompete smaller ones. We are a family centered private practice, establishing a high standard of care with our focus on quality and service. We are heavily influenced by a previous generation who prioritize patient care and personal relationships. So, if you are looking for a family practice; we hope to see you soon!” In their spare time Brent and Kirsta love to serve in their church and adventure into the outdoors. Their faith is what initially brought them together and the rock which they have built their marriage. They currently attend North Phoenix Baptist Church and they have a blast spreading the gospel. They also enjoy Arizona’s beautiful hiking trails and rock climbing. Being outdoors has become their biggest pastime; as Kirsta enjoys hiking and Dr Herring is the climber!
