Honestly, I have always hated visiting the dentist. It just had never been a pleasant experience, but that was not the case this time around. From the moment I came in the office everyone was super friendly. Jessica and Lynne were very welcoming and friendly. Tina took my x-rays and was very informative on my next steps and what to expect for my next visit and Kayla was the dental hygienist and honestly I would come back just because of her! You can tell she absolutely loves her job. She took her time to answer all of my questions and offered me numbing jelly so that I had the most pain-free experience. The entire experience was the best one I have ever had! All my concerns were answered and I cannot even remember why I hated the dentist in the first place! I highly recommend this place!

My visit at Philadelphia Dental Smiles was a smooth process. The office is easily accessible from I-95 with a large parking lot. I didn’t have to wait to be seen and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the technician doing the cleaning was kinda rough on my gums, they were bleeding a lot but that also means she was very thorough so I guess it’s a good thing.
