Not sure about past emergency comments but I was seen within a few hours of calling. Dr.Rai was great, explained my options for tx and was so gentle. The office has a very relaxed feeling and the staff are so friendly. Thanks for taking care of me.

If you have a dental emergency, you are not a priority as you should be. You will wait until they have an opening, could take a week.

He is very caring and thorough but slow. He is also quite expensive (x-ray + examination + cleaning, $300)!

I have dental anxiety issues. It didn't phase Dr. Rai at all - he remained calm and was gentle, efficient and explained exactly what he was doing and what I would feel going on in my mouth at all times.
