Dentistree Family Dental Clinic - Hemlock

The dental hygienist took care to do the teeth cleaning and after that I was made to wait in a room for the dentist and was told they will be here in a minute but I waited 35 minutes and when I got up to leave, only then the dentist came in. (my appointment was at 11 and I had to leave after 1:15). The consultation with the dentist was short and informative with recommendations regarding how to improve oral health

We recently moved to the area and chose Dentistree on Hemlock for its convenient location. The staff was kind and accommodating when I had to reschedule due to being sick, which I appreciated. However, at my appointment they were running behind, and I waited quite a while in the dental chair before being seen. I had also requested NO fluoride treatment, but it was still strongly encouraged, which made me uncomfortable. While the staff was friendly and the location is great, I felt my preferences were not fully respected. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the right fit for me, and I won’t be returning.

Great experience at Dentistree on Hemlock Rd! Modern equipment, knowledgeable team, and such friendly staff. They’re also great at accommodating appointment changes and have very convenient hours. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
