Wonderful experience with Dentistree Family Dental Clinic. Knowledgeable staff that took the time to explain every detail of the care received. Exceptional technology for reviewing exams with you. Will definitely be returning.

They proceeded with a dental hygienist scaling procedure even though I was supposed to only see the doctor. They did not explain costs or reasons for the scaling or the X-rays. My total bill was over $600 when I anticipated $200 (I messaged the night before to confirm). They credited me $200 toward my next appointment, fortunately, but communication with the patient is lacking. I will say that the scaling was very thorough, she did a great job. The dentist was very caring and thorough in her explanation. This is a really good place but they need to work on communication.

This is my new dentist! I tried them today and am hooked! A very thorough cleaning with modern equipment I didn’t see at my last dentist’s. Knowledgeable and courteous staff, showing attention to detail and very personalized care. I highly recommend.

Very quick and easy

They tried to up sell me for services several times and made it seem like the issue was overblown than it really was. Also, I didn't appreciate how they forced me to take a photo of myself for their records which I think is a privacy issue and they wouldn't honor the free whiting kit offer they had posted on their practice's window. When I asked they told me that "I must have seen an expired poster" which was ridiculous because when I saw the poster again as I was outside the practice there was no expiry date.

The staff was warm and welcoming, and the dentist was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!

The facilities were great. The equipment seemed state-of-the-art. There wasn't great communication to set my kids at ease. My 9:00am appointment didn't begin until 9:25am.

While the technology used was advanced and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the appointment was slightly disorganized which resulted in a lengthy appointment and some discomfort. I appreciate the kindness of the staff but would encourage them to schedule appointments and staff more efficiently to optimize patient comfort.
