Dr. Vlad Karlin is a great dentist; he has done 2 rootcanels for me and done a fantastic job. However, the staff is not so great. For instance, the last time I called and booked an appointment and the next day his receptionist called me to say that he had to leave early and my appointment was cancelled. Reallyyy!!!! To top it off, she said she would call me back with another appointment and she never did. I respect his work but he has never been available when I had an emergency and his staff just suck!!!!

My family (and extended family) has been seeing Dr. Karlin and his staff well over 15 years ! He is an amazing dentist and the staff always treats us with respect and kindness. When I haven't seen them for a while it's like seeing old friends my children (now young adults) have no issues with going to the dentist and never had any issues with this office.

The office is full of unprofessional staff who continue to hound you by phone and threaten to cancel your appointment if you don't call back within a fixed period of time to confirm - on your home phone, while you are out until after the specified time. The hygienists are rude. I have had so many unprofessional experiences at this office. I'm surprised I have stayed with them as long as I have (10+ years). The hygienist's training is largely outdated. The dentist himself is quite good but is never available, even when I have an appointment...or rather thought I did. I have since been to a different office that treats people with respect, is professional and hires competent staff. I have high standards when it comes to healthcare. We all should.

I am one of his earliest patient. I have had always the absolute best treatment from Dr Karlin and his staff. Dr karlin is quite innovative, kind and caring. I had a root canal done a few years ago and when inquired about the painful part of the routine, he said we were already through that part!

I've been seeing Dr. Karlin for several years now at his Scarborough practice, I've never experienced any problems and he is always so friendly and informative. I come to him for all my dental questions too!

Overall, i thoroughly enjoy my visits to Dr. Vlad Karlin, He is extremely friendly, kind and is always trying to help you as much as possible. I bring my whole family to see him and we are all very pleased with his work. His staff in Scarborough are very courteous and helpful. I have yet to have a bad experience with this doctor, and i don't foresee any possible issues!

Dr. Karlin is very good dentist who has taken care of us for many years. Even my mother, who visits from out of town likes to consult him on each visit. His staff, including his assistants, are very professional and polite. We are very pleased with their service.

Have been seeing Dr.Vladimir Karlin for several years. He is highly skilled (I have never had pain)and he is very caring. The whole office is very professional with a pleasant, lighthearted atmosphere. Just great!!
