Dr. Baldeep Kaur Saran

I have been to many dental offices due to moving from city to city. Kanata Dentistry by far is top shelf. I am in the medical field and am impressed that from the front desk to the back staff their amazing in their knowledge and the needs of the patients they treat. I am terrible with insurance and Tracey's help in making sure I was taken care of was impressive. I have and will continue to tell people to switch to their care.

Great first impression and the staff know what they are talking about. I have sent a few friends over since I have transferred to the Jeanne d'Arc clinic. Great environment with caring team.

I saw Dr. Saran for a emergency visit when I was visiting Ottawa, I live in Toronto. I had a broken tooth. She blew me off and told me I would need a crown, and to see my regular dentist, or she could book me another appointment to do a crown. Later that evening my tooth cut my tongue, and the next day I went to another dentist office. The dentist there was very helpful, and added a little filling material to the broken part so I could enjoy the rest of my stay in Ottawa, no mention of needing a crown. His name is Dr. Henry at another dental office in Kanata. Dr. Saran is very rude, so is her front desk staff. There is one lady, I believe her name was Tracy, she was so rude, not only to me but also how she spoke to the rest of the staff, she tries to give medical advice, which she is clearly not qualified to do. Stay away from this office, you will not be treated well.

We had our first visit at Jeanne d'Arc Dental last week and the experience seemed almost effortless. Dr. Saran and her team of professionals were great. They know what they are talking about and take the time needed to explain everything.

First dental visit with Dr. Saran at the Jeanne darc Dental Center. The team there is great however I did have to wait for about 5 minutes. Totally worth the wait. Highly recommend Dr. Saran, Isabelle and Terri. Super helpful, caring and kind.

Don't go to the mcarthur st dental office. The dentist is very rude and extremely lazy. The fast food of dental, just missing the drive through. Her work is poorly done.staff is very snotty to.

Went to see Dr. Saran at her dental clinic in Orleans and the visit was almost effortless. After two visits with her Hygienist Isabelle my gums and bone has improved :) The whole staff has a kind and caring attitude and was a great experience!! highly recommend Dr. Saran and her Orleans team :)

Great Dentists and great dental hygienists....never had a problem with the work. One of the front staff (the main lady that does the accounting I believe) however, is rude! I booked an appointment to fix a tooth...did not book a cleaning as I pay cash and wanted my tooth taken care of of first. She took it upon herself to book anyway and when I said no she said she would have to send her home then without paying her for coming in. Wow, way to try to guilt me! I have not returned since. I have also discovered in finding another dentist that the services here are overpriced. With an average of 3 people working the front desk when I've been in it's not surprising that they are charging so much to pay everyone. Again, the work is great though a bit high priced. But was treated badly by the front staff (one in particular). I have since recieved rude calls from her asking if we'd be back....No I won't!! Gave a 3 for staff as it is only one person.

From the time I made the first call to the office I was so impressed with the knowledge of the staff. I went for my first visit and left with a clean mouth and a big smile on my face. Great job Kanata Dentistry. Book and appointment and you will not be sorry you did. I am a very happy new patient. :):):)
