45 minute wait from appointment time, another 20-30 minute wait while seated.

I went for an initial visit and didn't receive a cleaning, but I did receive an unexpected bill. I signed papers at the beginning saying x-rays were complimentary and free of charge, which they were not. I was assured beforehand that they accepted my insurance and checked with the front desk that I didn't have a balance to pay before I left. Once I got home, I saw a charge for the x-rays, so I reached out asking why. I received a short and non-informative or helpful response back with no greeting or email signature. Just kind of a weird experience. I will not be returning.

The Opencare gift card claiming process took more half an hour after the appointment and made the whole thing almost not worth it. They send too many confirmations before every appointment and somehow sent me one with wrong time (or they mixed up). And the receptionist is pretty inhospitable…
