Great dentist and atmosphere. Best dentist in Orange County

The facility was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly, professional, and patient. After the exam and cleaning were done a billing person comes to the room to try to sell you more services, in my case a fluoride treatment that is usually recommendedfor children amd which the insurance does not cover for adults. They were no happy that I passed on this. The communication was mot great beforehand. I spoke with numerous people from both the scheduling line and the actual office. I had provided my insurance card at rhe onset on the Open Care website and was still asked to provide it before the appointment. Afterwards I was told they found it. I was told I would be called before the appointment to let me know if any out of pocket fees would apply and then told they could not tell me until I was there.

This is an excellent dental clinic! I will come back again.

Although I could not find the office at first, the staff was kind and accommodating which I appreciated! The process was smooth and quick. I had received a new patient exam and cleaning, but did not get the fluoride treatment that they recommended.

X-Ray photos were taken with a more dated camera. The patient rooms were very dated and did not have much extra space for my son to sit. The dentist I saw was not attentive to the pain that the gum test was causing me. They wanted to move forward with additional procedures the same day after I waited over an hour to be seen after my appointment time and then almost another hour in the patient room with the dental assistant and the dentist. they were not clear in describing that I could not have a cleaning done and would need to reschedule for a deep clean.

I am glad they are open late and on weekends! The appointment was timely and I was not left waiting in the chair for too long, which is an unfortunate experience I have had at other dentists. I had not been to the dentist in about 8 years and they were not judgmental about it at all. The dentist fist bumped me for not having any cavities, very friendly!

Helpful staff and clean space!

I was able to have everything taken care of the same day. I had fillings to be done so I'm glad I was able to take care of everything at once.

Very thorough and fast appointment for fortune check up with imaging. No pressure to have expensive services done. Very kind and ethical services provided. All staff that I encountered were kind and seemed happy to help. Truly positive experience.

The staff were very friendly and the front desk was very efficient. I barely had to wait to get in on my appointment. The only downside during cleaning is how I was pricked a few times because it was more of an aggressive cleaning. Overall, I am 50/50 on if I would come back simply because of a few painful moments but it was a lovely visit still and I love the environment!

Came in for teeth cleaning and dental exam. Not only did I receive only an exam but they tried to tell me my appointment wasn’t for a teeth cleaning even though the receipt says it was.

Nice space but felt like I was be pushed to pay all this type money for the things they had to do especially when I couldn’t afford it at the time, prices kept changing and down payments just to see a specialist. Other than that the dentist was nice and informative desk staff could be better.

I'm a new patient of Gold Coast the office is thorough with exams and procedures. Best dentist I've ever been to with updated equipments. The doctor is so welcoming and explains the whole procedure with patience and details also they provide the procedures with really good prices. It’s safe to say that It was one of my best experiences with a dental practitioner I highly recommend this dental group.
