Extremely friendly staff (including front desk staff, dental techs, and Dr. Chi) - just wanted to note that this was a very comprehensive dental x-rays + IO photos and because of (probably) minor equipment issues, did take north of an hour to complete. Practice gives a 10% discount for payment day of and makes sure to bill insurance properly / check for pre-authorizations ahead of time.

I have braces from a provider outside of Total Health Dental Care, and I didn't know it was recommended to remove the wires before getting a cleaning. Luckily, Dr. Joyce Chi was able to work around the wires so that I could still have a good cleaning!
