I appreciated that she offered me a conservative option for my discoloured tooth. When I inquired about one option that she said was invasive, she took the time to show me a model at the reception desk and explained the process. I appreciate this approach, as it ensures informed consent. She was totally friendly and calm. I had issue with my wisdom teeth and she took hardly 10 mins to extract the teeth. Hygienist and receptionist were also nice and helped me understanding the procedures.
