Dr. Douglas Sim

Dr. Sim is a good dentist but my fillings fall out often and not sure why

Dr. Sim provides extremely considerate and honest care/service to his patients. Before proceeding with cavity fillings, he informed me of an ample amount of specifics - location and severity of the decay, duration of the process, aftercare, etc - and went on to answer all of my questions patiently. Even during the procedure, he kept me informed on what he was doing to the exact degree that a typical patient should. For instance, he let me know when he was switching equipment to a drill that would vibrate differently from the previous one. In short, Dr. Sim is the ideal dentist for someone like me who recoils at the thought of going to the dentist! Additionally, one of his hygienists (ask for Vicky!) is so sweet, friendly, attentive and just as considerate. I always request her when making an appointment for a cleaning.

He is a very good dentist and does a great job. I have seen him for years and don't mind paying more for his services. His reception staff, however, is not very pleasant.
