overall it was good, but more uncomfortable than my previous dentists

Dr. Cui Cui was a delight—professional, attentive, and provided refreshingly personalized care. However, the experience at the front desk did not meet my expectations. Care from reception was inconsistent for me; some receptionists came off as impatient and dismissive, which soured the overall experience.

The open care staff was not very helpful with setting up the cashless bill in which I would pay only the remaining amount after insurance deduction. The expectation was that I apply for a refund from insurance after making full payment which was.. not okay.

Dr. Mary Dabuleanu was welcoming and careful in her examination of my teeth. As she is an endodontist, I was referred to the in-clinic General dentist, Dr. Miciu, and they were both really wonderful as caring and knowledgeable professionals. I am so glad I have met Dr. Miciu and Dr. M. Dabuleanu. All the staff I spoke with were also friendly and welcoming.
