Dr. Niki Haj Hariri

Dr. Niki Hariri grew up in West Vancouver and obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia. From there, she attended dental school at New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with honors in prosthodontics. Dr. Hariri received multiple awards at graduation including Eleanor Bushee Senior Student Dental Award, Hanau Excellence in Prosthodontics, and Robert J. Ditolla Memorial Award for excellent clinical and academic performance. She was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society, for clinical and academic excellence. She obtained the University of British Columbia Dentistry Teaching Award for the 2020- 2021Academic Year. Dr. Hariri presented ‘Prosthetic Challenges in Oral Rehabilitation of Parkinson’s Patients’ at American College of Prosthodontics Conference in Baltimore in 2018. She is also the co-author of ‘A technique for reinforcement of implant- retained overdenture with a metal framework to eliminate catastrophic fractures’ published in Journal of Dental Science and ‘Student’s Perception of the Impact of E-Learning on Dental Education’ published in Journal of Contemporary Dental Practice. Dr. Hariri actively participates in various theoretical and practical courses in different fields of dentistry to stay up to date with new techniques and to deliver the best evidence-based care to her patients. She brings all of her knowledge, passion and talent to her patients, using the latest techniques to artistically transform smiles and make them seamless and harmonious within the face. Dr. Hariri holds memberships in the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, and British Columbia Dental Association.
